Role Purpose
Reporting and monitoring the trade spends, maintaining the spends VS budgeting and analysis related.
Job Accountabilities & Activities
- Actively involved in evaluating and tracking the cost of market promotions and other trade marketing spend.
- Timely updates the fact sheet spending tracker on a monthly basis by downloading relevant G2N accounts from SAP and creating the necessary reports
- Calculates and maintains monthly BDA charges due to customers
- Monitors opening fees charged by modern trade customers and ensures that complete transactions are charged back against Principals G2N accrual.
- Provides support in ensuring all proof of performance (POPs) for trade spending claims are completely received and properly reviewed before sending out to Principals
- Prepares ad hoc reports as deemed necessary
Education & Certifications
Degree in Finance & Accounting
