Role Purpose
Carry out all QC activities for all assigned customers to ensure initial and final QC reports delivery to customers on time.
Job Accountabilities & Activities
- Create initial reports after full and deep inspection of the DCI-ed pumps and equipment.
- Review the condition of each equipment upon arriving to the workshop.
- Review the established QMS to suit the changing business trends and organization structure and recommend amendments as appropriate to the management.
- Face all customer third-party audits and initiate necessary Corrective & Preventive actions.
- Calibration & Maintenance of measuring/testing equipment’s/instruments.
- Be responsible to review the correctness of Job specific Quality records prior to issuance to clients.
- Implementation of relevant QMS standards / Quality programs to appropriate Product Specifications.
- Consistent Conformity of products / services offered to meet customer satisfaction.
- Control of documents & records relevant to system & product quality.
- Audit plan / reports.
- Achievement of departmental KPI’s.
Education & Certifications
- Degree / diploma in mechanical engineering with a certification in Quality management
- Qualified QMS Lead Auditor - IRCA registered Training Course Certificate.
- Vast experience of maintaining and developing integrated management systems
- Familiar with API 6A and 16A
- Familiar with NDT methods
- Background in documentation, calibration and inspection
- Good knowledge on welding procedures (AWS –CWI / CSWIP 3.1 or 3.2)
